The Hyundai Venue small SUV debuted in 2019 and is sold in Korea, India, Australia, North America and the Philippines. This model opens the transversal line of the brand, the only exception is the domestic market, because an even cheaper and more compact “five-door” Casper has recently appeared. Indians especially fell in love with Venue: last year more than 82 thousand cars were sold here. But in the homeland of the brand and in the US, demand is low: 17,726 and 19,125 units, respectively. There, restyling may generate interest in the model: camouflaged test samples have already been captured on Korean roads several times, and a new photo was published on Twitter by Autospy.<\/p>\n

The Cross will get new taillights that are elongated rather than boxy, with additional sections floating in the tailgate. The rear bumper will also be replaced. As for the front, judging by the previous shots, the Venue will also have a different grille. The two-level head optics will remain.<\/p>\n

It has not yet been possible to inspect the interior of the updated SUV. At the same time, some foreign media predict the emergence of a new model of a multimedia system with an enlarged touch screen. The pre-reform cross has a maximum display of 8 inches. Well, finishing materials can also be changed.<\/p>\n

The technique is most likely the same. In Korea, the current Hyundai Venue is available with the undisputed 1.6 “naturally aspirated” petrol engine with 123 hp, in the US the model has a similar engine. For Indians, the crossover is offered with three engines to choose from: a 1.2 petrol “quattro” (83 hp) and a 1.0 T-GDI “turbo-three” (120 hp), plus a 1.5 CRDI diesel (100 hp).). But in any case, the thrust is only front-wheel drive.<\/p>\n

The official premiere of the updated Hyundai Venue will take place next year. The model has not been presented recently, the company does not plan to bring it to our market.
