There was a Hyundai salon next door, where I went out of curiosity, because. I saw a bright advertisement for the new Tucson.<\/p>\n<p>My interest in this model is not idle. After all, the &#8220;jerboa&#8221; is a co-platform of the &#8220;sportage&#8221; on which the wife rides. And that means a potential candidate for the next car.<\/p>\n<p>What to say? The <a href=\"\/recomendet-appsumo\" class=\"sds-arl\">design<\/a> is just a gun. It happens that you like a car from some angle, but not from some. Or like the outside, but not like the inside. Or vice versa.<\/p>\n<p>Tucson has no weaknesses. My taste is completely satisfied. Stunned first by the design, then by the price\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chopped, crystal-like body surfaces, predatory headlights, and an intricate radiator grill &#8211; there is no more progressive design on the market now, even for premium brand cars. And most importantly &#8211; there is no feeling that they saved on materials. If the emblem were removed from the steering wheel, I'm sure few people would suspect a mid-range car in the interior.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-230068-62507a929b70c.webp\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"SDStudio-light-box-enable SDStudio-editor-tools-md-imp\" src=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-230068-62507a929b70c.webp\" alt=\"New Hyundai Tucson. Stunned first by the design, then by the price\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Also striking is the absence of a transmission shift knob. Now this pen is part of history. Welcome to the digital age. Everything is controlled by keys. And the information is displayed on a wide central display. The instrument dials are also a display. And my admiration knew no bounds until my eyes fell on the price tag. &#8220;What are you smoking there?!&#8221; I wanted to scream.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-230068-62507a93b2e2c.webp\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"SDStudio-light-box-enable SDStudio-editor-tools-md-imp\" src=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-230068-62507a93b2e2c.webp\" alt=\"New Hyundai Tucson. Stunned first by the design, then by the price\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Just in case, this is three hundred thousand more expensive than a new Santa Fe in excellent configuration. Began to understand. The copy presented in the cabin is a two-liter diesel engine, 186 hp, with an eight-speed classic automatic. I like it. Complete set maximum. There is everything, including a sunroof, and the latest <a href=\"\/recommend-expressvpn\" class=\"sds-arl\">security<\/a> systems that prevent a sleeping driver from driving into the oncoming lane, or crashing into a parking lot, or opening a door unsuccessfully.<\/p>\n<p>I went to the official website to see how much this miracle costs. It turned out that officially the diesel Tucson Visioneer costs 2.99 million. Which is reasonable: the coolest compact crossover at maximum speed is still cheaper than the mid-size Santa Fe in the pre-maximum configuration. Where did another 600,000 (six hundred thousand, Karl!) conventional units come from then?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-230068-62507a93b2e2c.webp\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"SDStudio-light-box-enable SDStudio-editor-tools-md-imp\" src=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-230068-62507a93b2e2c.webp\" alt=\"New Hyundai Tucson. Stunned first by the design, then by the price\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is probably how much the salon wants to get for a novelty, given its scarcity and rarity. Indeed, even in the list of additional equipment, on which the salon usually earns, there are dashes. Tin. They just charged 600,000 extra profits.<\/p>\n<p>At home I studied the prices and calmed down a bit. A good car with a two-liter engine (150 hp), all-wheel drive in the average configuration costs two million two hundred and seventy thousand. Considering current prices, it's cheap. But not cheap either. More expensive than KIA Sportage, but given the novelty of the model, this is justified. I'm going for a test drive next week.
