For some, it does not appear immediately, but with a very calm ride, you can not even remember about it &#8211; also how lucky. After driving through deep puddles at speed, it is better not to brake sharply &#8211; probably all UAZ drivers know about this. In general, if a problem with disks appears, then it is also more correct to solve it immediately cardinally &#8211; by installing improved ones, there are options and the price of several thousand per pair is quite lifting. As this winter has shown, it was a very correct decision.<\/p>\n<p>We will not write about maintenance work, since there were many interesting and exciting things besides them. UAZ wouldn't be UAZ if it didn't break down at all. With the advent of electronic systems and sensors, new problems naturally came &#8211; the errors of these electronic systems.<\/p>\n<p>We got two at once on a run of 12500:<\/p>\n<p>The first is a passenger airbag error, the indicator on the tidy is on, the scanner shows error B1033 (14), Raw code: 903314. The dealer said that this was due to the installation of Webasto.<\/p>\n<p>The second got out in frost minus 20. The fans are working, the devices show overheating, there are no errors on the tidy. The scanner shows &#8211; coolant temperature sensor error: P0116 (00), Raw code: 011600.<\/p>\n<p>If you reset the errors with a scanner, the problem disappears. But after a while it may reappear. But the 2nd error has not yet come out again.<\/p>\n<p>We continue about upgrades: in November, at a run of 12,000 km, a modernized ORV2.0 steering shaft support was installed, also from Vaxoil.<\/p>\n<p>The factory one did not look the best, which, in general, is expected. From the very beginning, they didn\u2019t really work on two doors for us. In cold weather, it happens that during the day they thaw, and at night they freeze. Accordingly, in the morning you open the door &#8211; but the limit switch does not work and the signaling thinks that since the door has not been opened for 20 seconds &#8211; it must be closed. In general, the price of the issue is not high, and the effect of the improved limit switches is worthy &#8211; they work reliably.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-166001-624e39b8a76dd.webp\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"SDStudio-light-box-enable SDStudio-editor-tools-md-imp\" src=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-166001-624e39b8a76dd.webp\" alt=\"A year on the new UAZ Patriot with automatic transmission: improvements, maintenance, breakdowns\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There is, of course, the problem that there are a lot of such procedures that should be performed to improve comfort and increase reliability, and we have not completed all of them. The result is an antifreeze leak due to the pipes that go to the stove. Many owners change them immediately, without waiting for a leak, which will be guaranteed sooner or later. Judge for yourself the quality of these details:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-166001-624e39b9b9297.webp\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"SDStudio-light-box-enable SDStudio-editor-tools-md-imp\" src=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-166001-624e39b9b9297.webp\" alt=\"A year on the new UAZ Patriot with automatic transmission: improvements, maintenance, breakdowns\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is clear that in our case the problem came out early, including also due to frost. Mileage approximately 15,000 km. In addition to this problem, there are others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the power steering pump is buzzing a, in the tank it looks like a metal suspension, not oil; at the same time, the steering sometimes bites &#8211; it is felt in cold weather when the gas is released &#8211; the steering wheel becomes very tight<\/li>\n<li>flowing caliper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All this, of course, can be sorted out and corrected once and for a long time in a specialized service, but this time we decided that it was time for the dealer to participate in this process of improving the factory jambs.<\/p>\n<p>In general, as they say, there are nuances of operation, but we hope that with the elimination of all factory problems and jambs, the car will drive without problems, but we will definitely call in for diagnostics every 2-3 months.<\/p>\n<p>In everyday operation, the car, as already written above, is comfortable, the dynamics are enough for us, but evaluate the power of the luminous flux &#8211; beyond praise.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-166001-624e39bb04fe7.webp\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"SDStudio-light-box-enable SDStudio-editor-tools-md-imp\" src=\"https:\/\/auto.inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/post-166001-624e39bb04fe7.webp\" alt=\"A year on the new UAZ Patriot with automatic transmission: improvements, maintenance, breakdowns\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we will continue to ride the Patriot, we follow the proven path.<\/p>\n<p>The car, in our opinion, is worth the money, at least at the time of purchase &#8211; now it has already risen in price again and has already stepped over 1.5 million &#8211; now they would have thought hard before buying a new one.
