By the way, it is not clear that the production planning at Tesla's factories is a new electric crossover. Perhaps Tesla Model Y will be on the assembly line in American Fremont. But I do not rule out the possibility of manufacturing new products at the new Tesla plant in China, the construction of which is in full swing and plans to be completed before the end of 2019.

The new Tesla Model m crossover is built on the Tesla 3 sedan platform and, of course, received a high-quality power frame, which gives the SUV an excellent high passive safety. The body of the Model Y crossover is 10% larger than the Model 3 sedan and sports four side doors with frameless windows, a rear liftgate and increased ground clearance.

From the outside, the body of the younger Tesla Model Y electric crossover is, in general, very similar, as with the older Tesla Model X crossover, and the platform brother of the Tesla Sedan Model 3. As an electric crossover, they show a swift profile with a characteristic roof and a lean stern, but the Tesla model looks less pretentious than the expensive Tesla Model X crossover and more presentable than the Tesla Model 3 sedan.

The interior of the new electric crossover is made in a fashionable minimalist style, and just like the interior of the “troika” from Tesla. In the Arsenal, a compact steering wheel with a thick rim, at least physically controlled buttons, hidden vents and ventilation, of course, a huge 15-inch tablet screen on the front, is responsible for setting up not only all the equipment of the electric car, and is designed to display readings, maps, navigation, camera feeds and tons of other information.

In the basic configuration there are two rows of seats for 5 people, a glass roof, separate climate control, a huge central 15-inch display and other chips. For a fee, it provides an optional $3,000 third-row seat and autopilot, which ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 depending on trim.

The luggage compartment of the new electric crossover is able to take up to a maximum of 1840 liters of useful cargo volume, subject to the addition of a second row of seats.
