The fact is that for someone who has money to pay for such services, fines are usually a trifle.

There is a simple technique that does not allow the traffic police inspector to move the car. The driver simply wears a chain and a small padlock with a key. With this design, the car is attached, for example, to a tree or a fence. The chain is often passed through a towing eye or a hole in the edge of one of the wheels.

Theoretically, law enforcement officers can disassemble such a device using the simplest tools. However, in practice, the police do not do this. They are well aware that a motorist can complain about damage to personal property. And this result can lead to a lot of problems.

On sale you can find devices that are commonly called “anti-evacuators”. For a couple of thousand conventional units, the driver gets a simple but very effective tool. This is a steel shield that is attached to the wheel with studs and secured with a padlock. The design does not allow loading the vehicle onto the platform.
